Strange Children's TV Show

This video is definitely of the WTF OMG ICSLMFO (I can't stop laughing my face off) variety.
I have no idea what's happening in this video. I think it's better that I keep it that way.



One thing I do know is that this video is hilarious and oddly entertaining.
